About Spiro Naos
Spiro Naos has spent his early years in the fast food and service industries. For the better part of 1993 to 1998 his focus was in the Construction Development and Operations of several fast food restaurants and Hotels primarily in South Florida and the Keys. His focus shifted to Marine construction of passenger vessels and gaming Operations for the next few years till 2014 when the very last location was sold. His broad scope of business and construction has been an important asset to Structural Wrap LLC and one of the main reasons of the company’s rapid expansion and development.
WrapRoof ® Tap Vent
Invented by Spiro Naos, the WrapRoof ® Tap Vent provides an economic, user-friendly and effective way of ventilating plumbing vents, attic vents or other vents on a damaged roof, when the roof has been completely covered by an impermeable membrane.
The WrapRoof ® Tap Vent is easy to learn for workers and time-saving to implement. In addition, it provides an instrument for making a hole in the impermeable membrane over the plumbing vents, attic vents or other vents before inserting the claimed vent. It provides a clip that secures the vent to the impermeable membrane over the plumbing vents, attic vents or other vents.
WrapRoof ® Perimeter Strips
Invented by Spiro Naos in an effort to make the WrapRoof ® install more efficient, we developed the WrapRoof ® Perimeter Strips. These self adhered recycled plastic strips replace the need for a staple gun, staples, and saw. Additionally, in the event of a Hurricane, wood furring strips can be hard to find. The WrapRoof ® perimeter strips take up less space, are quicker and easier to apply when compared to wood furring strips.

Spiro Naos has filed for patents to protect the following inventions.
A system and method for temporary protection of a damaged roof is provided. The system and method for covering at least a portion of a roof with an impermeable membrane comprises a method that includes placing a strip of the impermeable membrane over the portion of the roof intended to be covered, cutting a length of the strip to accommodate a size of the portion of the roof intended to be covered, draping an end of the strip over a fascia of eaves of the roof, placing elongated construction material on the end of the strip contacting fascia of eaves of the roof, attaching the elongated construction material to the fascia of eaves of the roof using a plurality of fasteners, and repeating the steps above until the portion of the roof is covered in the impermeable membrane.
